To support the growth of our business, we are looking for a passionate and empathetic Product Designer, who is eager to be involved in the entire product development process, from early research and ideation to tweaking pixels up to post-launch.
You’re always looking to improve yourself, lift up others around you and will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Take responsibility for the UX & UI design of our desktop & web app and create our website
Collaborate with our junior UX Designer and grow your team
Maintain a library of design components, ensuring all components represent the Phileas Systems brand and style
Manage all forms of requirement gathering, user research and usability testing, ensuring the best methods are selected for each project and client
Oversee analysis of all competitor UI design and usability
Liaise with clients and Product director to establish accomplishable objectives and KPIs from user experience
Deliver the best possible product for all clients in conjunction with the Product director
Key Skills / Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in a professional UX & UI Design role
An extensive portfolio which demonstrates responsive design and UI design across all devices
An excellent knowledge of Sketch and prototyping tools
Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes...
Up to date knowledge of user-centred design and best practices
Obsessed with good user-centered design practices and have an eye for detail.
Impeccable skills visual and motion design.
Review user adoption of deliverables and acceptance testing.
Presenting all documentation to internal team and clients.
Good English required
Strong attention to detail.
Proactive working style.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
