The UX team is responsible for the ensuring a consistent and unified experience across all Murex products.

As part of the UX & UI domain, we work closely with the UI development team to deliver high-quality user interfaces that meet our users’ expectations. 

Our key objective is to ensure that our users find our products to be simple, easy-to-use and visually appealing.


Your Responsibilities/Tasks

As the UI designer of the UX team you will be responsible for defining and implementing the visual identity of Murex products. You will work with UX designers in the creation of a cohesive style guide and ensuring that a consistent design language is applied across Murex products. You will be responsible for summarizing your design decisions as guidelines and integrating them in a design system.

  • Design UI components and screens in alignment with UX and Branding guidelines
  • Provide UI specifications for components and screens and follow their implementation with developers
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of a coherent and relevant design system for Murex products
  • Maintain and evolve the design system as needed
  • Perform continuous iterations on product interfaces based on product feedback and performance
  • Stay up to date on design trends and developments

Education and experience
  •  Bac+2 minimum in visual design / graphic arts
  • 4-5 years as visual designer or equivalent in web agency or software editor in web domain



  •  Strong visual design skills
  • Able to communicate designs to functional and technical stakeholders (Business, PM, PO and developers)
  • Able to self-organize and work autonomously
  • Mastery of common design tools: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Previous experience with Figma is greatly appreciated
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining design guidelines and/or a graphic charter
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • Basic understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
