💊The role
Our product team is building a global marketplace that matches hospitals with the right trials.
Pharmaceutical companies can post trials in the marketplace and sites can apply to these trials if they fit their capabilities and patient needs.
Our users are clinical-trial-operations teams in pharmaceutical companies and medical teams in hospitals. Our product includes features like hospital profiles, clinical trial listings, an application system, dashboards and more.
Our product team is composed of the CPO, 1 Product Manager, and 2 Product Designers.
We are split into 2 squads serving each side of the marketplace: one serving hospitals (called "Sites") and one helping pharmaceutical companies (called "Sponsors"). You will join our Sponsors squad, composed of 1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer (you!), 1 Engineering Manager, and 5 Engineers.
You will work in close collaboration with everyone in your squad, as well as our Operations team.
The direct outcome of our team is better access to interesting clinical trials for hospitals, and faster trials for our pharmaceutical-company customers!

- You have experience designing and shipping digital products
- You create pragmatic, user-centered designs in autonomy and with great attention to detail
- You have a well-rounded design skill-set with a focus on UX design
- You fall in love with the problem rather than the solution and iterate until you reach the business target.
- You have an appreciation for the entire product development cycle: research, problem definition, ideation, solution design, testing and iteration
- You are familiar with building and perfecting a design system
- You have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- You know the basics of web development and accessibility
