Mission summary :
- Develop and Implement the product strategy ( trajectory, KPI) in an organizational model such as spotify (Tribe and squads) driven by OKRs
- Recruit and manage a team of designers and UX researchers by providing them with a methodology and technical e xpertise in order to lead them towards operational excellence
- Be responsible for the methodology to detect user expectations and problems in order to jointly build a quality experience
- Scale design ( design system, UX reasearch)
- Guarantee consisten cy between all production and the brand's strategic orientation
- Create and disseminate a strong Product Design culture within the company
