Since 17 years we shape the future designing  the best user experience  for clients ( BotB and BtoC Products)  and for our R&D projects too.

Based in the French Riviera we are looking for a Product Designer ( Remote possible) with  a minimum of 3 years of  experience and  familiar with the startup environment.

Profile : University Degree - Education or certification in ergonomic, visual design, user experience, or any related field is a plus

Working alongside the lead UX designer you will help to:

- Carry out (contribute, participate) the end-to end user-centered design process

• Participate in end-user research to understand their needs, their pain points
• Translate end-user research results and business requirements into user flow to explore solutions
• Iterate with stakeholders and customers with low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Get end-user feedback on your design via quantitative and qualitative methods
• Design high-fidelity mockups to deliver to the development team
• Communicate as precisely as possible design specifications to facilitate its implementation

- Ensure a good synergy within the teams  

• Interact closely with the project team for requirements gathering and to explain designs rationales
• Co-design with UX researchers, UX writers and UX designers
• Evangelize good UX practices within the project team

Skills

• You Speak French and English Fluently

• You are skilled in the use of prototyping applications (Figma is a big plus)
• You have a significant experience on mobile and desktop system

• You enjoy the startup mentality with ability to multi-task, to adapt to changing requirements / goals and learn quickly
• You enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced team environment, you are proactive and comfortable sharing ideas
• You’re curious - looking to develop a deep understanding of our data and what motivates our users and shapes their behavior
• Work experience: 3+ years of experience in UX related positions - A portfolio proven track record of UX case studies would be appreciated
• English proficiency (written and spoken
