What is Apricity?

Did you know that infertility is as stressful as a divorce for couples? Did you know that 1 in 6 couples trying to conceive will suffer from infertility?

This is why Apricity, Uk’s 1st fertility clinic, is challenging the fertility journey for patients struggling to conceive through 3 pillars.

1. Patient management
  • With a majority of appointments done remotely or close to our patients', we make sure their personal and professional lives are disrupted as little as possible. They end up going to their fertility clinic as little as twice per cycle.
  • Our patients are paying a package upfront so money is not a topic anymore during their treatment. This means no unexpected expense is adding up to the stress they are experiencing.
  • We are delivering medication to the location of their convenience, removing the mental load of anticipating refills.
  • We offer a chat 7 days a week during extended hours throughout our patient app, with our lovely advisors helping with appointment booking, questions re-treatment, or just for emotional support.
  • Our app takes away the worry of thinking about appointments or medication intake. The apricity app will be a PA during patients’ fertility journey, providing helpful reminders and guidance.
  • Our doctors will be accountable for making the best possible decisions to maximize your chances of success
  • Our network of top-notch fertility clinics ensures our patients are in good hands whenever they need to go to a physical touchpoint for a key milestone of their treatment.
2. Care team and patient cycles steering through our portal
  • Appointments booking
  • medication stock management
  •  team tasks organization
  • work monitoring
3. Our AI team works on supporting medical decisions to increase the chances of success to the limit

The position

1. You have a global approach to conceive our features and support our head of product in building the roadmap, thanks to the following actions:

  • Conducting discovery and problem definition on the features you may be leading
  • Conducting user interviews on a weekly basis, detecting opportunities for improvement in your user interviews, circulating the information to any relevant peer
  • Designing flows and screens using Figma in collaboration with POs, developers, the care team
  • Testing interfaces with users when relevant
  • Writing specs for the features you are designing
  • Conducting a meticulous design check before the releases

  • Figma, the Adobe creative cloud
  • Product board
  • Jira/Confluence
  • Design systems
  • The Google suite

3. Your profile:

  • You are a problem solver, but first, you make sure you are scoping the right problem and are constructively challenging the requests whenever necessary
  • You design simple and elegant solutions, anticipating where the design could break
  • You know how to break down a project into different parts to deliver value at every sprint, test small before going for more ambitious solutions,
  • You know when to compromise with developers whenever shortcuts can be found to ship faster with equivalent value, and when to hold tight for the sake of user experience
  • You are organized and reliable,
  • You are a good facilitator, and enjoy including your colleagues (developers, operations) in your design process
  • You are eager to deep-dive in the fertility world to understand the patient treatment and make this experience even more relevant.
  • Ideally, you have a first experience in health tech
We offer the possibility to balance remote and office time.
