You should have strong mobile design skills, and experience in finding solutions for tablet, native applications, as well as desktop interfaces. The product team members will assist you when needed, but you must also be enthusiastic about user research, behaviour, and data analytics.

You are expected you to be up to speed with modern day UX best practices, and innovative design trends.


 ·         Plans, designs, develops and tests user interfaces and user experience components for company products, including web-based and native applications, software, APIs and portals.

·         Provides user experience design, usability, evaluation and testing expertise to product development teams, including the analysis, investigation and selection of applications and methods to enhance user interaction through look, feel, process flow and choice of responsive elements.

·         Develops and codes prototypes, beta, and end applications and systems for user interface and user experience elements based on user experience specifications, requirements and design standards.

·         Performs technical review of proposed design and product changes for feasibility, integration with existing technical architectures and systems, and alignment with desired user experience and design standards.

·         May perform research, aggregation and analysis of design trends, customer and user markets, and marketing and brand insights to develop user profiles and design standards.



 ·         3+ years of UX Design experience;

·         Diploma Level (or better) in any of the following topics: Human Computer Interaction, Interaction/UX/UI Design, Design & Multimedia, Creative Computing;

·         Practice with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Moqups, Illustrator & Photoshop

·         Knowledge of industry tools such as Fireworks, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, GUI Development Tools, Keynote, OmniGraffle, Bootstrap, Microsoft Tools like Visio, PowerPoint, Analysis tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, Moz;

·         An exceptional portfolio, showcasing a strong foundation in UX research and design;

·         Experience conducting user research, creating personas, user journeys;

·         Experience with prototyping, as a means to explore and convey solutions;

·         Excellent communication skills;

·         A user-centric mind-set;

·         Able to analyse both quantitative and qualitative data;

·         Able to work within the confines of strict design systems whilst adding your flair to products.
