🧑‍🤝‍🧑 ABOUT THE TEAM: You will be joining the Paris web studio team, composed of 9 people, among others: Project Managers and developers. You will be the first designer in Paris and you will be collaborating with our designer based in Venice. You will be reporting to Soraya Assi (Web Studio Director North). The Global Webstudio is made up of 35 people based in Paris, Venice, and Singapore. Our goal is to design and create websites and solutions for hoteliers and travelers.

💻 YOUR SCOPE: Within the Parisian Studio and under the responsibility of the studio Manager, you will be acting as our WebStudio Designer. Your main mission will be the design and enhancement of our hotel’s website. You will be working hand in hand with the project managers and the developers to ensure the client’s needs, the UX and functionality are well followed.

At WebStudio we publish 200 websites per year which 20% are from scratch websites.

 🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Analyze the needs and clarify the brief with the project manager

  • Participate in website design workshops, taking into account development constraints

  • Create conversion-driven websites and booking funnel and optimize the UX/UI paths.

  • Based on the project manager’s brief and wireframes you will build user-centric desktop and mobile mock-up proposals (landing page, showcase pages, product sheets, etc.) This is of course a highly collaborative step where you will also work hand in hand with our Tech lead and the project manager.

  • Suggest improvements in terms of user experience on the wireframes designed by the project managers. On some occasions, you could be asked to produce the wireframes.

  • Carry out competitive intelligence and benchmarks in terms of design and UX

  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables and meeting deadlines

  • Collaborate with the technical teams (developers) throughout the project to ensure the feasibility

⭐ WHAT YOU’VE GOT:
  • The job has been tailored for you if: 🦄
  • You have at least 4 years of experience within a brand or agency. You have in your portfolio a wide range of references (mockups of websites as part of revamp/creations, mobile applications, digital communication kits, competitions, animation of social networks, newsletters, …)

  • Proficient in Adobe XD and other graphics tools.  Being able to provide the necessary material to the developers (style guide and assets)

  • Innovative, flexible, and curious, your creativity, your ability to listen, your analytical skills, and your ability to synthesise will be your best assets for completing projects.

  • You have a good knowledge of UX. You are familiar with wireframing and prototyping tools (Sketch, Balsamiq, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, Figma)

  • You are familiar with SEO / WordPress/Accessibility/HTML5 and CSS3

🤝 RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1. Telephone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager / Let’s get to know each other (~30 or 45 minutes)

 2. First interview with the Studio Director and the Tech lead / An opportunity to talk about your background and motivations and to introduce you to the position, our technical ecosystem, and our ambitions. (~60 minutes)

 3. Case study / Test your knowledge/skills (~60 or 90 minutes)
